Under his guidance, the Orange County Crushers are committed to nurturing well-rounded players who excel both on the field and in their personal lives.
The Crushers Approach
The Crushers use paid professional coaches for team practices to teach consistent and correct baseball and softball fundamentals. Practices focus on team skills and develop advanced individual training needed for Middle School and High School Baseball. Professional Coaches also work on individual player development plans for every team member to help the player reach their goals. Weekend Tournaments are managed by Parent Coaches who reinforce the team and individual techniques taught in practices at the younger age levels while high school teams begin utilizing Professional Coaches. Attendance at all team practices is essential to our organization so expert team skills can be developed by all players.
